A common misconception we have is that there is this existence called, “a normal life.” When life gets hard or we find ourselves looking back on previous struggles, it’s easy to fall into the trap of wishing you had, “a normal life.” But what really is a normal life?
The image of a normal life is a fragmented representation. The concept of having no troubles or challenges in life is a utopian wish, and that’s what people long for as “a normal life.”
No struggles. No problems.
The reality is, that no one can go through life without hardship. It might be financial, or family issues, or friends and relationships, or health. These challenges we face are all a part of life. Some you can control, while some you can’t, but the truth is that no one can go through life without struggle or pain.
Without hardships, life would become hollow. Imagine being a person experiencing the same nice events every day of life. No challenges. Nothing to strive for. No sense of improvement. No creativity. No victory. “Just the same old, same old.” Life wouldn’t mean much at all.
The challenges we go through grow us, and mould us into the people we are destined to become, and to what we can achieve.
“Without hardships, life would be hollow.”
“Everyone else has it easy!!” Another thought pattern we get trapped into, is that “We go through all the challenges and no one else does.” We are all guilty at some stage of ignoring the truth, that everyone goes through rough patches. Some are just better at successfully managing the situation than others.
Remember, no one’s life is easy, and life is not supposed to be. Everything we go through is for a reason, and we become better people by enduring the hardship and coming out the other side.
SO, DON’T GIVE UP………………………...
